Important Notice
Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by Phoenix Luxury are pre-owned, vintage, or resale luxury goods.
Normal signs of wear may be present.
Item condition is determined by:
- Product photographs
- Written descriptions
- Condition disclosures
- Measurements provided
Product photographs and descriptions form part of the purchase agreement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for returns approved under our Returns Policy.
Returned items must:
- Be approved for return
- Be returned in original condition
- Include accessories, tags, packaging, and authentication documents when applicable
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Change of mind
- Condition issues already disclosed
- Normal wear consistent with pre-owned luxury goods
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Final Sale items
- Unauthorized returns
Authenticity Claims
Phoenix Luxury stands behind the authenticity of every item sold.
Authentication disputes may require:
- Supporting evidence
- Independent authentication documentation
- Internal review
Return Inspection
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Phoenix Luxury may document:
- Item condition
- Packaging condition
- Accessories
- Serial numbers
- Authentication details
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Phoenix Luxury.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Once shipped, orders fall under the Returns Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Phoenix Luxury is not responsible for:
- Buyer assumptions not supported by listing content
- Subjective condition interpretations
- Screen color variations
- Minor visual differences between photographs and actual appearance
