Pre-Owned Luxury Items
Most pre-owned, vintage, consignment, and resale items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Return Eligibility
If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all included packaging, tags, accessories, and authentication materials when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, odor, missing components, or removed tags may not be eligible for return.
If something is wrong with your order
If you believe you received an incorrect item or an item arrived with an issue not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the item, photos of packaging, and a clear description of the concern.
