Are all items authentic?
Every item sold by Phoenix Luxury undergoes a detailed authenticity and condition review before being approved for sale. For select items, third-party authentication documentation or digital certificates may also be included when available.
What condition are your items in?
Because we specialize in curated luxury resale, most items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Each listing includes detailed photos and condition notes to help clients shop with confidence.
Do your items include original boxes or receipts?
Some items may include original packaging, dust bags, cards, or receipts when available. Please refer to each product listing for included accessories and documentation.
Can I request additional photos before purchasing?
Yes. If you need additional close-up photos, condition details, or measurements, our team is happy to assist when possible.
Are prices negotiable?
Our pricing is carefully based on market demand, rarity, condition, and resale value. Select items may occasionally be eligible for promotional pricing or private client offers.
Do you offer payment plans?
Shop Pay Installments and other financing options may be available for eligible customers at checkout. Availability depends on your region and payment provider eligibility.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders generally arrive within 7-14 business days depending on customs and destination country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Phoenix Luxury ships worldwide to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country.
Will my package require a signature?
Yes. High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery for security purposes.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Eligible orders are shipped with full insurance coverage during transit.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of luxury resale, most sales are considered final sale. However, if an item arrives significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Orders may not be canceled once payment has been processed and shipment preparation has begun.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Phoenix Luxury is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to secure addresses.

Selling with Phoenix Luxury

How does the selling process work?
Submit photos and item details through our selling form for an initial review. Approved items may qualify for Direct Buyout, Trade-In Credit, or Consignment.
What brands do you accept?
We selectively accept luxury brands based on demand, condition, authenticity, and resale performance. Acceptance standards may change based on market conditions.
How long does consignment take?
Sell-through times vary depending on brand, pricing, condition, and market demand. Some items sell quickly, while others may require longer exposure.
Do you offer store credit bonuses?
Yes. Clients who choose Store Credit instead of direct payout may receive additional value depending on the item and promotion period.
When do I get paid?
For approved direct buyout items, payouts are typically issued after authentication and final inspection. Consignment payouts are issued after the item has successfully sold.
Can I get my item back if it does not sell?
Depending on the consignment agreement, unsold items may be eligible for return requests or price adjustments.

Authentication

How do you verify authenticity?
Our review process includes: Material and craftsmanship inspection, hardware and stitching review, brand markings and serial detail evaluation, and overall resale suitability assessment. Select items may also include third-party authentication verification.
Are you affiliated with luxury brands?
No. Phoenix Luxury is an independent luxury resale company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands listed on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
