- Date code or serial markings, if applicable
- Any included accessories, dust bags, or documentation
Preliminary Review
Our team carefully evaluates each submission based on brand, model, overall condition, current market demand, and estimated resale value. If your item aligns with our current buying criteria, we will reach out with a preliminary offer for your consideration.
Ship Your Item
Upon agreeing to move forward, your item is shipped to Phoenix Luxury for physical inspection and authentication review. All shipments are required to be:
- Securely packaged
- Fully tracked
- Confirmed with signature upon delivery
Authentication & Final Evaluation
Every item received undergoes a thorough physical condition inspection, authenticity verification, and final resale suitability assessment. Please note that final offers may be adjusted from preliminary estimates based on actual condition and completeness upon receipt.
Payout
Once your item has been approved, payment is typically issued within 1–3 business days via:
- Bank Transfer
- Zelle
- Store Credit
